If you aren't synced to your lab's color management system, or shoot jpegs and rely on lab adjustments, this apsect of an album software program is a benefit, because the lab can fine tune each image on a spread for best color and density, as well as for insuring a cohesive look to the spread. Marc-I believe Ted is talking about the benefits of the lab adjusting color and density (instead of you) when he is talking about individually adjusting each image on an album spread. so I tend to use PS and custom design every album to express each individual wedding and the personality of the clients and the wedding itself. I use a wide range of albums from different companies. Just depends on what your idea of an album is.
